Oh, don’t mind me – I’m just doing some useful chores while I’m recording the programme.

Jiaying
Neil, I do mind.

Neil
Well, don’t mind – just ignore me – that’s what I mean.

Jiaying
That’s not easy – but I get it. 当某人说 “don’t mind me” 的时候，意思是 “忽略我，当我不在好了，别让我打搅了你”。虽然你不想打搅我，但我们边录节目你边剪指甲，让我很分心。

Neil
Sorry. I’ll just finish them off while we hear some more examples of ‘don’t mind me’…

Please don’t mind me – I’ve got to eat this sandwich during the meeting because I haven’t got time for lunch.

I’ve just got to fix this light, so don’t mind me.
